Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Po-Powered. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 28 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

To start a return, please contact us at po-powered.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

  • If your refund is delayed or missing, please first check your bank account and then contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at [your email].

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Contact us on po-powered.info@gmail.com
